We typically aim to deliver your baseline resume within 5-7 business days after initial contact. The timeline for targeted resumes may vary depending on your specific needs and the feedback you provide.

Absolutely! We encourage feedback to ensure your resume aligns with your career aspirations. You’ll have the opportunity to review and approve your resume before it’s finalized.

Civilian resumes and government/federal resumes differ significantly in format, purpose, and approach:

• Length: Civilian resumes are concise (1–2 pages), while federal resumes are much longer (3–5+ pages) to meet strict requirements.
• Focus: Civilian resumes highlight measurable achievements and skills relevant to the specific role. Federal resumes prioritize comprehensive job histories and specialized experience tied to the job posting.
• Format: Civilian resumes are sleek and tailored for quick scanning, whereas federal resumes follow structured guidelines, often including job codes, KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities), and supervisor details.
• Flexibility: Civilian resumes are agile and adaptable across industries. Federal resumes demand a rigid structure and often require additional forms and documentation.
