Step 4: Review Your ATS-Optimized Baseline Resume:  Based on your input, we’ll create an applicant tracking system (ATS)-compliant baseline resume for your review and feedback. This version will serve as a strong, adaptable foundation for general roles, designed to make it past automated filters and into the hands of recruiters.

Step 5: Transition to Fully Targeted Resumes:  Once your baseline resume is finalized, take the next step by providing job postings for your dream roles. We’ll customize your resume to emphasize the specific skills and accomplishments that position you as the ideal candidate for those opportunities.
